Workshop & Class Fees

Baby Sign Language Workshop      

The Parent/Caregiver Workshop is a one-time, 2-hour workshop that will provide an introduction to Infant Sign Language based on the Baby Signs^® Program. Workshop fee includes the Baby Signs^® Parent Kit, corresponding handouts including resource materials and songs. Participants will learn 40-50 signs.  Workshop is ideal for parents and caregivers of babies, newborn to 2 years of age.  Babies are welcome to attend the workshop with parent(s) or caregiver!

COST:  $73.00/individual or $85.00/couple  (Fee includes one Baby Signs^® Parent Kit containing text, 2 DVDs and a reference card)

Home-Based Workshop

Similar to the The Baby Signs^® Parent Workshop, the Home-Based Baby Signs^® Workshop is a one-time, 2 hour workshop that will provide individualized attention as you, your family and friends learn the Baby Signs^® approach to language development.  This workshop is not only a great educational opportunity, but doubles as an entertaining get-together!  The Home-Based Workshop is ideal for playgroup members.  Participants are given a Baby Signs^® Parent Kit, corresponding handouts including resource materials and songs, and learn 40-50 signs.

COST:   $70.00 per participant (with a minimum of FOUR paid participants).  Workshop is FREE for the individual hosting the workshop.  Workshop fee includes one Baby Signs^® Parent Kit containing text, 2 DVDs and a reference card)

An initial deposit of $100.00 must be paid to secure your date.   The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the workshop.  If you would like to organize a workshop, please e-mail or telephone for further information.

Sign, Say & Play™ Classes      

Sign, Say & Play™ classes (6-week session) are parent-child classes designed to provide a fun and educational opportunity for babies and caregivers to learn and practice 6-7 signs each week in a playful environment. Classes feature sign and play activities focusing on a weekly theme.  Participants are given corresponding handouts including parent education topics, resource materials and songs.  Completion of the Parent/Caregiver Workshop is recommended but not required.  Parent/caregiver must attend classes with child.  Session/materials fees include the Sign, Say & Play™ Kit which contains a backpack, DVD, CD/songbook, 2 board books and a reference card.   Workshop is ideal for babies and toddlers, 8 months to 2 years of age. 

COST:  $150/child  (Fee includes one Sign, Say & Play™ Kit)

BABY SIGNS^® Resources

Product Kits are included in the price of the workshop/class fees.  Kits can be purchased separately and make great baby shower gifts!  DVDs, board books, baby journals, flashcards and circle time books are also available.
